Isabella
Helen, a 24" tall, Vintage type cloth doll.
Doll on left, above
She
was designed to depict a cloth doll made by a really good doll
designer and seamstress from the late 1800s to early 1900s.
The doll showed up on E-Bay and sold for about $300.00 with
no clothes and with the painted face and hair worn nearly off.
This pattern contains the doll, who has a shoulder plate, swing
legs and arms and can be painted and antiqued, tea dyed, or
left fresh. The pictured doll has been tea stained.
The skirt, blouse, chemise, pantaloons, and high button boots
are in this pattern with the doll pattern. She is designed to
be made from 100% cotton woven fabric like muslin.

This
dress, bonnet, apron, pantaloons, chemise, shoes and a little
muslin bunny toy gives Isabella Helen a younger, "little
house on the prairie" look.
